Top Bond is a general-purpose white adhesive formulated for domestic and light industrial bonding tasks. It adheres to materials such as wood, leather, rubber, paper, metal, and laminates. The glue is tacky when applied and develops handling strength within about 30 minutes, with full cure over 24 hours. It is solvent-based (or solvent-modified) and easy to use, with good bonding strength for many substrates
