Shield Stabiliser is an acrylic, water-thinnable primer/stabiliser designed to seal and stabilise porous or chalky surfaces prior to painting with Shield acrylic emulsions. It helps improve topcoat adhesion, reduces top-coat consumption and may contain mild anti-fungal additives for damp-prone walls. Suitable for interior and exterior masonry (concrete, plaster).
