Neoproof PU Fiber is a one‐component elastomeric coating based on waterborne polyurethane, reinforced with fibers (“fiber‐reinforced”), for waterproofing roofing surfaces. It is designed for exposed roofs (terraces, flat roofs), local repairs and detailing around penetrations, gutters, chimneys, etc. The product bridges cracks, resists ponding water, UV exposure, and weathering, forming a seamless flexible membrane. Being water-based, it is more user-friendly and environmentally preferable. Surfaces must be cleaned, primed (where necessary), and properly prepared for best performance. Available in “white” base among other possible shades.
