This undercoat is designed to be applied over suitably primed or clean, sealed surfaces—such as plaster, wood, concrete, galvanised iron, fibre cement, etc.—as part of a complete paint system. Its role is to provide a smooth, even base that improves the finish and performance of decorative topcoats. It offers good filling of minor surface imperfections, excellent levelling, and is formulated for both interior and exterior applications. The product typically dries in about 4 hours to touch, supports recoat after ~18 hours on full cure in some markets, and offers coverage of ~8-15 m² per litre depending on surface porosity.
