Dulux Smoothover Skimming Plaster is a white, water-based, ready-mixed filler/plaster designed to smooth out rough or uneven masonry, plaster or cement rendering surfaces. It forms a hard finish in about 4 hours, is alkali and weather resistant, and can be applied in thin layers (up to ~5 mm) without sagging. Its formulation allows you to apply it without a separate primer over plaster and cement render, making it quicker to finish surfaces. Once dry and sanded, it can be overcoated with Dulux topcoats (water-based or solvent-based). It is easy to use, sand, and gives a weather-proof, smooth finish.
