Dulux Smoothover is a white, water-based, creamy skimming plaster designed to smooth out rough or uneven plaster or cement render. Once applied with a trowel or spatula, it sets hard in about 4 hours and provides a strong base for both water-based & solvent-based topcoats. It is alkali- and weather-resistant, sands easily, and can form a protective, smooth layer without needing priming on many surfaces. For best results, multiple thin layers rather than one thick coat (max single-coat thickness about 5 mm) are recommended
