Dulux Expanding Foam is a ready-to-use aerosol foam sealant designed to fill large or awkward voids, cracks or cavities in construction surfaces (plaster, brick, masonry, concrete). It expands up to about 2.5 times its initial extruded volume, forming an insulating, weatherproof, soundproof barrier. Once applied, the foam becomes tack free in ~15 minutes and surface dry in about 30 minutes (at ~23 °C). After full cure (≈12 hours, or overnight), it can be trimmed, sanded, plastered or directly painted with water-based paint (or with primer when using solvent-based topcoats). It is useful for both interior & exterior work, especially for sealing gaps around windows, doors, roof joints, or between structural elements.
